Planned&Go

Terms of Service

Effective date: February 13, 2026 · Last updated: February 13, 2026

Overall summary: Use Planned&Go for legitimate coaching and scheduling. Do not abuse the system. We will do our best to keep things running. You own your data. Either of us can end this at any time.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Planned&Go ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Dean Wall, based in Ireland.

2. What we provide

Planned&Go is a scheduling, day-planning, and client management platform for coaches and service professionals. We provide:

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account. Notify us immediately at plannedandgo@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your data and content

You own your data. Everything you create in Planned&Go - your schedule, tasks, client records, booking settings - belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to operate the Service. This license ends when you delete your account.

You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Your clients' data

When clients book sessions through your booking page, you are the data controller for their personal data under GDPR. We act as your data processor. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and process your clients' data.

We process client data only as necessary to operate the booking system on your behalf (confirmations, reminders, session briefs, payments).

7. Payments

Payment processing is provided by Stripe. When you enable payments, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI DSS.

Planned&Go may charge fees for premium features. Any fees will be clearly communicated before you are charged. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep Planned&Go available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will try to notify you in advance of planned downtime.

We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions, including missed bookings or lost data during outages.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish and EU law:

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be excluded under Irish law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

By you: You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Deletion is immediate and permanent. All your data will be removed.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. In cases of serious abuse, we may terminate immediately.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections 5 (data ownership), 9 (liability), and 10 (indemnification) survive termination.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
